We were faced with the challenge of supplying a filling and energy boosting lunch for a group of puppeteer and opera workshop leaders in November 2012. We had absolutely no idea how to address this considering how many people have special dietary needs. Thankfully a colleague recommended Taste of the Nile and we are so very glad they did! The result was over 20 very happy workshop leaders who commented on how delicious they were and perfect to keep them going through an afternoon of hectic workshops. The value for money was truly exceptional also!

I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for supplying the lovely 'vegan' boxes along with several 'meat' ones for the symposium organised by The Puppet Centre Trust. Several of the participants made positive comments as they munched their way through your glorious food. One even sent me an email to thank me for organising the wonderful lunch! You were superb, the whole negotiation and delivery was a sheer joy - you couldn't have been more helpful!

Elaine El-Essawy catered for my sixtieth birthday party in a field in
Norfolk a couple of summers ago. There were over 200 guests and conditions
weren't ideal for mass catering but she did the most amazing job - not only
did she rustle up truly delicious food, but she did it with grace, good
humour and extraordinary efficiency and speed - she seemed to magic the food
out of nowhere. In fact she was the hit of the evening. And it was all very
modestly priced. I would recommend her wholeheartedly.
